Biography:

Jonathan Hockman is an experienced M&A advisor with a strong background in private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance. Before joining Murphy Business, he served as Director of M&A for BOND Orthodontic Partners, where he managed more than $100M in transactions, and previously worked in investment banking and portfolio management.

He specializes in healthcare, manufacturing, business and consumer services, and technology-enabled services. Known for his financial expertise and ability to navigate complex negotiations, Jonathan helps business owners maximize value while ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Jonathan earned his BBA in Economics from Baylor University and is completing his MBA in Finance at SMU’s Cox School of Business. A former Division I football player, he enjoys athletics, the outdoors, and international travel.
