Biography:

Brittany Sherman brings over two decades of experience in customer service, client relations, and project management to her role as Franchise Services and Project Specialist at Murphy Business & Financial Corporation. She leads technology onboarding for new franchisees and agents, manages internal projects, and coordinates training to enhance the overall franchisee experience. In addition, she provides ongoing operational support across Murphy’s platforms, helping ensure seamless business operations and alignment with strategic goals.

Prior to joining Murphy, Brittany held customer experience and project leadership roles in industries including sports tourism, financial planning, and retail banking. Her diverse background has shaped a unique ability to build strong relationships, deliver results, and drive process improvement across multiple sectors. Her expertise includes contract negotiation, RFP management, web development, customer experience, CRM systems, client service, account management, operations management, compliance, and client confidentiality.

Known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and client-first approach, Brittany is dedicated to supporting franchisee success. Colleagues value her ability to navigate challenges with a solutions-driven mindset while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and service.
