During her steady rise to senior levels in the corporate world, her exceptional leadership and strategic development skills were key in her ability to outperform her peers, re-shape sales organizations and consistently drive double-digit growth.
Michele led high-achievement teams in the public, private, commercial, enterprise sectors in both B2B and B2C/retail, earning a multitude of awards in team productivity. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, as well as Leadership Development Certificates from both Duke University and American University.
Michele’s background was key to establishing a successful business brokerage in Maryland, helping sellers realize their retirement goals and buyer’s achieve business ownership. Selling or buying a business is lengthy and requires significant knowledge in a host of professional disciplines such as marketing, sales, finance, operations, project management and contracts.

A strong advocate for giving back to the community, Michele led her community association in Maryland for nearly a decade. Bob and Michele decided to move to the Emerald Coast to work with veteran-friendly businesses. They are happy to be back where Bob spent the best five years of his military career.
