Developed within Xerox UK in the early 1990's, this program played an integral part of the Company's success for quite some time.  Eventually, the author left the organization and the program made its way to three continents.  The program has garnered  international attention for how it effectively and efficiently provides positive change within an organization, so much so, the program was awarded a Positive Peace Award by the United Nations.
