The owner, Ryan Sentz, engaged Justin Sandridge of Murphy Business Sales to assist with valuing his business in August 2017. Ryan had a successful business model that was in need of an equity injection to help his growing company. Ryan developed an excellent platform that had a tremendous opportunity for rapid expansion.
A year later, and after exploring many avenues, Ryan decided it was best to sell the business to a new owner who could maximize the potential of the company he created.
Paul Majewski, the owner of Chesapeak Shredding, and his partners Sean Anderson and John Rosaschi, approached us with the intent to leverage his current business and expand his service offerings by offering Junk Removal Services.
Murphy Business Sales was able to successfully navigate the sale of the business and come to terms that were beneficial to all parties.
We are excited to see where Bumble Junk grows from here and wish Ryan the best success in the next business he creates.
