I am excited to announce the sale of Easy Method Driving School (Ellicott City, MD) to Coastline Academy (California) on May 31, 2022.
Robert initially contact us to help sell Easy Method Driving School in May 2020. COVID challenges made this not the ideal time to sell. We advised the owner of goals for the next year to make the business more attractive.
In August 2021, the owner hit those goals. We agreed it was a more attractive acquisition and we went to market.
We had a lot of interest in this business, but the owner felt that Coastline Academy was the best fit to take this 50-year-old company to the next level.
