Biography:

 Tom Foster brings over 25 years of retail merchandising and consulting experience to Murphy Business Brokers. He has worked for regional and national retail companies Macy’s, JC Penney’s and Dillard’s and has developed extensive knowledge in strategic planning, forecasting, financial review, marketing and competitive analysis. He has been consulting for wholesale and retail companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and specializes in helping companies understand market conditions and in developing strategic planning to improve revenue and increase profitability.

During his retail and consulting career, he has assisted in the opening and closing of stores, the acquisition of new companies and in preparing for companies to be sold. He believes in understanding the human element to any transaction as the key to a successful plan.
