Marcello Leandro has over 20 years of senior and executive management experience as CEO, CFO, President and business owner.
He started his first business at age 24, which he successfully sold four years later. Over the course of his career Marcello has founded, operated and sold several companies, the most recent one was valuated at 6 million dollars.
As an entrepreneur with business ownership, management and turnaround experience, Marcello is acutely aware of the challenges, fears and anxieties faced by small to midsize business owners when it comes to the business selling/buying process.
Marcello spends time learning the key components of businesses then works with sellers to plan and execute their exit strategies. He leans upon his business experience and strong analytics to build out tools and help derive strategic decisions. Marcello also works with buyers to determine if business ownership is right for them and then finds businesses which meet their unique interests, goals, skills, resources and desired income potential.
Marcello Leandro has a (MBA) Master’s in Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and System Analyses.
