Serial entrepreneur, financial analyst, hands on operations manager, licensed real estate professional and franchise expert are a few of the skills Greg brings to the table when working with Business owners in selling their business.
Greg began his career as a Certified Public Accountant assisting small and medium sized businesses throughout the New York Metro area. He then purchased and successfully ran several retail franchise businesses, achieving national recognition for sustained operational excellence, participating on numerous franchisor committees, and earning Marketer of the Year honors for marketing excellence leveraging measurable targets.
Greg is a NJ licensed real estate sales representative and most recently was a realtor with Coldwell Banker in the Westfield East office.
Prior to that, he was an Operations Manager with Dunkin’ Brands Inc., where he fostered and encouraged open communication with franchisees in the region. He worked closely with franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards, evaluated growth opportunities and successfully optimized the territory with Dunkin’ cross functional teams. Using his financial and operational experience, Greg has been able to effectively evaluate franchisee margins and identify roadblocks to network profitability in multiple franchise systems.
Greg has over 25 years franchising experience in the business services, retail and food service industries, with a passion for franchisee success by using all the franchisor’s systems and tools coupled with impactful local marketing.
Greg, a long-term Certified Franchise Executive and member of the International Franchise Association, as well as the American Institute of CPA’s, was on the Board of Directors for the Westfield YMCA and Chamber of Commerce and holds a NJ Real Estate license. He is also a trained grief counselor with Imagine, an organization dedicated to providing free counseling to families experiencing the loss of a loved one.
