Biography:

Andreas Duerr has been involved in the small to medium business world since 2014, getting his start with a Mystery and Escape Room business where he was one of the three original founders. During this venture, Andreas and his partners quickly grew the business to 3 locations with 10+ employees, until one of the partners decided to exit the business. This was a crash course in small business acquisition for Andreas and a few years later he himself exited that business and went on to obtain his Series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as his life insurance license. The life insurance and securities business taught Andreas a lot about the world of investments but the desire to be in business for himself led him to start Times Real Estate Group, LLC a real estate brokerage and property management firm in Exton, PA. Starting with a small portfolio from a retiring real estate broker, Andreas and his team quickly grew the firm exponentially due to the systems and procedures they implemented to modernize and streamline operations. During this process, Andreas acquired his Real Estate Brokers license and due to his experience and track record in the property management and real estate brokerage industry, he was approached by a business associate to help facilitate the acquisition of a midsized industrial forge business and 8-acre industrial complex before joining Murphy. It was that successful experience that sparked Andreas’ desire to help other entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs realize their dreams of owning or exiting a business for themselves.
