Biography:

I graduated from Florida International University’s prestigious accounting program in 2005 at the top of my class Cum Laude, Dean’s List. Alan Vera has been an active Florida CPA Since 2006 he also received his master’s in taxation from Nova Southeastern University. Alan has over 15 years of experience in accounting taxation, auditing, and business valuations. He has worked for various large CPA firms out of college and later owned his own CPA Firm for 8 years which he sold in 2019. I have an expertise in cross border taxation and real estate tiered entity structures. I am bilingual, a devoted family man who loves to practice spearfishing and freediving in his free time.

In the last few years, Alan has focused on consulting clients in business structuring including capital gain maximization and GAAP implementation for small medium size entities. Alan has extensive knowledge of independent valuations of small to medium-sized entities in South Florida.
