Business Leadership
Prior to joining Murphy Mid-South, Neville served as the President & CEO of several high growth lower middle market companies. Areas of expertise include strategic growth plans, mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, investor relations, departmental reorganizations, company-wide liquidations, public relations, human resources, I/S restructuring and B/S deleveraging, as well as system-wide operational enhancements. His primary industry experience includes B2B services, the building materials and construction industry, light manufacturing, as well as logistics and distribution.
Civic Engagement
Neville has served on the Boards of Directors and/or Ad Hoc Committees of more than 30 non-profits. These organizations and initiatives span a wide range of areas, such as economic development, local tax modernization, publicly financed arenas, regional airlift capacity, urban development, criminal justice reform, post-secondary education, arts and culture, parks and recreation, and at-risk youth.
Neville has worked bi-partisanly with Democrat and Republican law makers (state and local), think-tanks, grassroots organizations, and lobbyists. Having run for office multiple times, he has actively engaged governmental officials on economic development, at-risk youth, and criminal justice reform issues.

A graduate of Macalester College, majoring in History, he holds an M.B.A. from Boston University's School of Management with an entrepreneurialism concentration. In addition, he has continued to focus on education with the following affiliations and certifications:
