Ron represented the seller of D.S. Duggins Welding Inc., which I purchased at the end of October, 2021. Even though he directly represented the seller, he helped me so much along the way. There were several nights filled with emails, texts, or phone calls. If I ever had a question, Ron always had the answer, or would get back to me with the answer in a short period of time. It was great to work with Ron, and I would highly suggest him for anyone selling or buying a business.

His approach is calm, steady, to the point, very thoughtful, fair, and all around professional and solid, beginning with a very thorough business prospectus (by far the most thorough I have ever seen for a business), and ending with post-closing calls and beyond. There hasn’t been a question related to the transaction that Ron either couldn’t answer immediately or obtain the information promptly! The reason for getting the price sometimes you are trying to get for your business is justified with a clear and concise, but detailed report of the key legal, financial and human resources along with the picture of profits.
