I am an experienced Business Leader and Marine Veteran with a passion for "making things better". In anything I do, I seek to set the new standard of performance and success. My varied background -- ranging from serving our country as an Arabic Linguist in the Marine Corps, to applying Lean Six Sigma and 5S at a Fortune 500 company, to owning multiple Sacramento small businesses -- has given me great insight into what it takes to develop a team, manage P&L's, develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plans, hire and train a diverse staff, create positive workplace culture, exceed customer expectations, and ultimately, make business a success.
