My husband Bill and I considered and then purchased a business where Ron was assisting the seller in the transaction. All business combinations are unique and sensitive in their own way, and this one was no exception. Ron handled the entire process with the highest professionalism. In addition, he brought creativity to bear as we worked through a transaction that would benefit everyone. We were very impressed with him and would definitely contact him if we were ever interested in selling a business.
We are thrilled with our decision to step into the learning community that is A Step Ahead Academic Centers and believe that Ron represented the seller’s interests appropriately and well, while providing guidance and insight to us that continues to ring true as we have begun operating the business ourselves.
