Pete Medina

Pete is an M&A advisor in the M&A Division of Murphy Business. Prior to joining Murphy, Pete worked in the Deal Advisory practice at a Big4 firm for over 25 years. He specialized in providing acquisition advisory services to private equity firms and multinational corporations on middle-market transactions with a focus in Latin America and the US.  While at a Big4 firm, he completed a two-year secondment in the Consumer, Industrial and Manufacturing Deal Advisory Group based in London, UK where he worked on transactions throughout Europe. Pete is proficient in overseeing buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects by leveraging in-depth knowledge of US GAAP principles. He has expertise in navigating complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures within a wide spectrum of industries, such as manufacturing, painting and coating, equipment and supply distribution, agriculture, packaging, automotive aftermarket parts, education, consumer goods and retail, telecommunications, food and beverage, energy, oil and gas, media, pharmaceutical, and professional services.  

Pete speaks Spanish and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
